i work in used copiers & i have great problem with these boxes where the recycle motor stop of working even it works in test mode (03-123) andtheres no binding or damage pieces ' i dont now the reason i wish to help me guys

Is there service code on display.
However I would suggest you to troubleshoot according to CD3 error code. Also check if you have 24V to motor!

thanks alot ivovb for help exactly i have cd1 and faded copies after multicopies but it works in test mode why ? and pour the toner in front of copier :cry:

Usually ivovb don't get wrong Esam.
Another tip is to set following codes:
08-455=4 (default: 0) .... Decreases the new toner supply amount to the developer.
08-456=1 (default: 0) .... Increase the recycle toner supply amount to the developer.
You need M-Rom version after 11 for these settings.
